sorry but there are some rules before you try to apply :') 1. USE THE PALETTE PROVIDED INSIDE PLEASE. 2. Parts are precut for you! 3. I know inside it says to use the two lighter colors for details, but most of your details should be an ocean GIF. If I don't feel like you have enough ocean I will ask you to add more. If you don't then.. idk sob s 4. Codeword is what your favorite thing about the ocean is! (try to kinda hide it though please?) 5. Not first come first serve. The most talented animator will get the part they asked for. 6.
