The Doctor is a character from the show Doctor Who. If you don't watch the show, don't vote. Winner of votes will be in either an epic comic or Scratch animation! It is possible that after you vote I add a new contestant. If you want to change your vote, reply to your comment and write something like "I changed my mind, I like contestant 1 better now." The votes will be counted when there are four votes. I will announce the winner by making a Scratch project saying who won. In the result of a tie I will choose my personal favorite of the tied two.
