An in-direct emulation of a real-life Oakland! Credit to Beno for the video Lift Reprogramming 1 where the close beep is from. Also credit to the creators of the other sounds and Dewhurst buttons too. It is meant to cut off the sound at random times, the real-life Oakland does that. NOTE: The real-life one has now had it's logic and hydraulic system replaced with TVC and Hydroware respectively and is just as unreliable as before XD
