The arrow keys scroll left and right. Up and down are yet to be implemented.
@tycool1 and @deck26 helped me fix a *MAJOR* bug. I did the rest. Notes: The alerts being added are not pen, but 100% of the terrain is. Please don't comment about that now that it's covered. The world is ~1,000,000 tiles long, and is comprised of ~36,000,000 tiles in all. Also, I can't make any updates soon because of a saving glitch where it doesn't save my progress.
