It's sad, but not tragic, and is actually realistic. If not for the wings, I can picture Misty as a real-life cat. You put her birthday (and the day she died), making her seem believable and realistic instead of all-powerful and immortal, and I love it. Overall, this OC is great, and I hope to see where you'll go with Misty. Her backstory is simple, realistic, and interesting, with a added touch of flare with her wings. The only advice I have is to not take away anything, but to add.
