I'm delighted that you're here viewing the teaser trailer for my upcoming comic series, Aqua! I've had this story in mind for a while, but I'm terrible at animating, so I figured that I would make it into a web-comic :D It's out! https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/150432162/ Basic idea of the story: Kira is a teenage girl who lives with aquaphobia after her mother drowns in a storm at sea. She can't even look at water, she needs to use a metal bottle to keep herself from having a panic attack staying hydrated. Rest of story: TO BE REVEALED IN #1 To anybody who's about to say I'm copying: This is NOT a copy of Elemental. You don't even know the full storyline yet, all you've seen of Aqua is this teaser trailer. The only similarities you can see in this teaser is that it's a web-comic and there are water powers, and that's not enough for it to be a copy. Definition of copy: cop·y ˈkäpē/ noun noun: copy; plural noun: copies a thing made to be similar or identical to another. This is not made to be similar or identical to Elemental, as I thought of the story before I read the Elemental comics. Thank you for reading this far. For those who are interested: ▪ Kira means "Think" in Indonesian (as per Google Translate and their "translate community", please correct me if this is wrong) ▪ Who are the other two people? The boy's name is Berani, and the blonde girl's name is Amiyra (pronounced Ah-meer-ah), but that's all I'm telling you now ;D ▪ I'm planning on adding some other characters in the actual series, here are some names: Ethereal, Larch, Zinnia, and Aster. They probably won't all be included in the first episode, but they'll pop up sometime. ▪ #1 will be shared when I'm done :/ Maybe it will be April by then, but it will probably be late March :P Wow, you're still here? *surprised* Fun Facts About Aqua: ▪ Kira was supposed to be blonde, but I ended up liking red better when I first coloured it. She still is portrayed as blonde when I draw her on paper. ▪ Amiyra's name is loosely based on most romantic languages' word for love (romantic language= based on Latin) ▪ I usually can't remember Berani's name without looking at this project for reference, as he was the last character I named :P I hope to see everyone who's interested in the Aqua series enough to read this far through the description when I share Aqua !
