Repeatedly click on the clean water drop to create several grams of water. Click and hold on the character to give him that water to drink. It'll decrease his thirst which rises, depending on the temperature which will also rise. Water can become contaminated, but it's easier to convert contaminated water to clean water than it's to create clean water, so when there's contaminated water, it's best to click and hold on that and start converting! If his thirst reaches 100%, you lose!
