DESIGN: Neon Beats: Grey cat with black, white, green dapples (Neon green in the middle, white around it, black last) Green, black white headphones, white ears, robo-leg, colors for mouth are normal, not speacial. Nose color is part of pallete, green- white- eye, black- green- eye, reflections in green- white- eye are black, rest is in project.

His sister, a glitch that gained artificial intelligence, figured out how to construct a cyborg and give it real, cat-like qualities. She had some trouble with the eyes though, so using his right eye he can surf the web, scan his surroundings, use x-ray vision, etc. He can also project what he is seeing as a hollogram. An accident with some paint in the lab resulted in his strange, unique patterns.
