So i'm looking throug my old cringy work and this is the first thing I came across. So the way I'm going to do this is with each project I'm going to critic it and give advice for aspiring animaters. What I like: -That lipsink was decent -Party freddy would be good if this was a troll project Dislikes- - Animation There is very little animation on the project. If you're going to be an animate you're actually going to have to ANIMATE your work. So with animation you make every little movement and then you play the frames at a fast pace so that it creates "The illusion of living" To improve I suggest you practice on eyes and on simple movements. Do the movement in front of a mirror if you can, and try to look up references. If you can master that you should slowly work on keyframing.
