Yes, she used to be a normal dog, but out of excitement and curiosity, her dragon DNA awakened, causing her to grow feathered wings and horns. As a pup, dragon DNA cells were transplanted into her, but they never awakened up until she let her curiosity get the best of her. And no, she does not go insane. X3
