click the green flag, then click one of the blocks to release a particle, then click where you want to put the particle.
*Update* 3/24/14 I figured out what the red stripy particle is (positron(oppisite of an electron)) and added a gluon & photon certain particles will have certain powers (still working on that), as follows: proton(red particle): destroys at touch neutron(black): makes other particles bounce away (so it's basically indestructible) graviton(green): makes other particles come toward it so it can destroy at touch positron: destroys any particles within a certain range
