From waist down, he is a MLP pony, and... I was too lazy to add his horn and wings. But they'd be there otherwise. No, he's not a prince of anything. Just a chance birth - alicorns and why they're rare+why so many become nobility are all actually completely different in my headcanons (it has to do with magic horse genetics and some weird stuff about Equestrian mythology and human influences on that post-G1)... but I'm not going to explain that here.
