Right now I just want to talk about what just happened today. I had a dance competition today. So a little after I finished my dance, my team watched our competitors who haven't danced yet. Eventually one team (which for privacy reasons, I will not reveal the name of their home city) was dancing and they were very good. However, about halfway through their dance, one of the dancers was crouching down and not moving. She was clearly hurt and the music stopped. Some people came down from the stands and brought the girl and her surprised team (which, might I add was only like a team of 4 other girls other than this other one) to another room. And so the competition carried out normally it's just that right before the awards ceremony, the team of 4 and their injured teammate were given another chance and, while people told this hurt girl she should stand on the side, she refused. She wanted to support her team on the floor. Her team performed even better than they did before. So when the awards ceremony started for the 3rd division (my team was in this one) and 4th division (The division that contained the hurt girl), it turned out that for the 4th division, her team won 1st place. Now think about this. This girl and her team could have just given up right at that moment BUT THEY DIDN'T. Let this be a lesson to us all.
