This is an... "enhanced port" of sorts... of one of my earlier "games", "THE HARDEST GAME EVAR!!!!!". That one freaking SUCKED in terms of graphics. Don't worry, barely anything else was changed. How to win and how to lose were not altered. Also, yes, it IS available on the Eagle.
