[HOW TO PLAY] Arrow keys- move your tank (8-way) [X] - shoot the tank's gun [Z] - lock the turret in one direction Go to the edge of the screen to access new areas. You need to destroy every enemy in an area to continue. Destroy enemy boss turrets to receive powerups. Yellow: gun powerup Red: bullet powerup White: speed powerup Green: life powerup [SCORING] Shoot enemies to get points Destroy boss turrets to increase the score multiplier. Warning: fleeing a battle will decrease your score multiplier. Collecting a powerup after its respective tank part is fully upgraded will award you with one hundred points.
This is a game I made while on vacation. The 'RNG-based tank game' idea was actually the first game idea I had when Scratch 2.0 beta came out, but I didn't have the programming expertise needed to make the game. I mostly made this for me to play, but I thought the community might like it as well, so enjoy. Shooting game never die! CREDIT ...is completely to @mario64fan and the Scratch team. I came up with the ideas (mostly; my dad and I came up with one or two together). I programmed the game, made the drum loops, and designed the artwork. The Scratch team made Scratch. UPDATE LOG: V1.1: made it so you can't leave a cell until you've destroyed all enemies. Slightly altered behavior of square enemies. Increased base number of enemies. Enemy type two shoots more. Enemy type one has less health.
