Press the flag, then press space to advance through the slides! Also, I didn't specify the first rule enough - your entry can be AT LEAST three Scratch comments long or AT LEAST 6-7 Scratch slides. It can be less than that if you'd like. (And happy early birthday to me! I wanted to hold a contest this month for you all to help me make a new icon, but I decided this would be a bit more creative. I don't know how icons are supposed to celebrate birthdays. It's Whovian logic. #WhovianPegasisterLogic
Entries due 4/27/17 at midnight. This means you can submit your entry on that exact day and it will still count, as long as it's before midnight. Background music is an instrumental version of 'Anathema' (that's "An-AH-theme-ah", not "An-UH-theme-ah' like I first thought) by Twenty One Pilots, covered by me with my ukelele. This song means a lot to me, and it discusses sleep, so I thought it was somewhat fitting. I realize I messed up and started over in the middle. I kept going because I didn't want to give up on the song. (Also, that muffled noise in the beginning is my sister laughing slightly. She has small bursts of laughter here and there. It wasn't because I hit a sour note, she simply felt like laughing.) (If you listen really closely, ((I'd rather you not, but whatever)) those other small noises are me. Near the end, I lip-synced to the end rap to keep time - that and it's a ridiculously fast rap that I've worked on for months. I also hum here and there to keep the time/due to nervousness, but it's even harder to hear.) I'd like to give credit to all the people on the forums who participated in that thread. I'd link it, but seeing as the forums aren't as friendly as they used to be, I'd hate for a Scratcher to end up signing up just to see the toxicity of the fandom. Finally, the chords are from ukechords.com, and I finger-picked the beginning without sheet music. I made small improvisations from there version because, well, the lyrics were out of order, therefore the chords were out of order, which led me to mess up around the middle. Anyways, what was this project about again? A contest? Oh, right! Enter if you're interested! I hope you all enjoy! :D
