Some animation is allowed, especially on the shorter parts, but please not the entire thing. 2. Two parts or less per person, please. 3. No effects (darkness/brightness, ghost, ect.), please! This does not include movement blocks~ 4. No more than two sprites in a part! 5. The code word is to start your sentence with the first word of the last rule. 6. Follow the Palette! It specifies what colors to be used where! 7. Make sure, before you apply, to look down in the comments for who has already applied. 8. It is ice-themed, sorta, so, maybe have your characters somewhere icy? :P 9. Use your own art. I will be checking if you have, so no recoloring or anything like that. 10. Do not make fun of others parts! 11. Link two pieces of art you have done (animations count as art, I am just looking at your style). You don't have to be too good, but y'know... I want this to look decent. 12. The last rule is... HAVE FUN! Because I'm unoriginal XD.
