What's up, guys? MC here, and for this project, you may need to spam the flag A LOT- this project was created for faster, more in-speed computers, so for some devices, this may not work. Turbo Mode is not recommended.
I haven't posted anything a lot, recently, and I'll let you know why in a bit, but first, I want to talk about the project! Last February (2017), while school was still in, I started working on this animation, only to be bombarded with other projects. The summer came, and this was never finished. Now, I want to know whta YOU think I should do; ~ Should I leave it be? ~ Should I continue it from where it is? ~ Should I redo it? (Which I highly doubt I'll do) ~ Something else? (Maybe save it for a year from now, redo the scenes, and compare them?) Let me know what you think in the comments below! Now, this situation I want to talk about has to do with leaving Scratch. I love the Scratch community, and I love all the people in it- you all are so nice and supporting, it blows my mind. However, there is a core problem with Scratch, that core problem being many, MANY smaller problems that prevent me from releasing the quality content I wish to give you. For example, Scratch isn't the highest of quality. It has very limited tools, an immensely small canvas, and nothing looks even remotely good unless you use another site. Another issue is lag; the scripts are different from regular animation, which uses timing, and that throws a lot of computers off, especially ones like mine. One of the main problems, though, is how strict Scratch is- if one small detail is off their guidelines, you're gone. Time and time again have I been blocked, banned, and criticized because 'something is wrong with this project' or 'you said a no-no word'. Even arguing your point to another Scratcher gets you kicked off, as happened to me before. My question to you is what I should do; are there any other websites I can animate on? If I keep using Scratch, everything looks bad to me; I like using Deviant Art for my drawings, because I draw with Paint Tool Sai, and I can submit my artwork there without any complications. And you know what? It actually looks GOOD. Well, OK, but still, better than Scratch does. I would love to hears your thoughts and opinions, I'm clueless on how to continue- nevertheless, I hope you all have an AMAZING day, and I wish you the best of luck! Until next time, this is MC out.
