Its pretty self explanatory :) press start to start the time, stop to stop. Press lap to record the time, and reset to well... reset I suggest to leave the filter on, if you turn it off, you will get a really specific result, (not useful) Example of filter being on ( 10.5) Example of no filter ( 10.4999999999999)
