Click on the stage to create poo then flush to watch your poo spiral into the toilet. Set the flush speed too. FLUSH SPEED 10 = normal 100 = great for saving pictures of stage + drawing 50 = cool but slow. It does glitch if you create too many and... well...just don't ok.
