Just click and hold the blue bar at the top and you can drag it around! Just don't drag it off screen... The code is actually a lot less complex than you might think. If the "OK" button doesn't follow the window correctly, try turning turbo mode on. (Holding shift then pressing the green flag, but try not to use the color background with it on...) You may include this in any project you want as long as you give me proper credit.
The code is simple: Almost everything is a different sprite; The blue bar, the X button, the box, and the "OK" button. All are constantly being teleported to the blue bar. Using tricks with the sprite editor I avoided extra coding.
