Press the green flag to start, move your mouse to set the radius and click to set the center of the circle.
This is just a test with the my blocks' ability to run without rendering, I'm planning to use this for some stuff that will need accurate graphics, and I could use it to do some awesome stuff as well, like blobs. Yay Scratch 2.0! I was going to use some rounding stuff to make it slightly better, but it wouldn't make it any better looking than you can tell currently. I will change it to be slightly better for performance when I use it in another project though.
