Once again, scatch has failed me with it's pixlyness. For people who have Photoshop CS5 I did the streaks in the hair using the fan brush and shaded using dodge and burn. You probably noticed that the whole top half of the head is glowing,I used some outer glow to make the eyes shine. I also used the smudge tool a lot. Finally the gradiant on the bottom was made using a soft eraser. Thanks you guys, Zovi-Chan (^3^)
