The flickering looked like her fur was sparkling, so her mother named her Kira-Kira; glittering in Japanese. Other cats often teased her about her strange fur, but Kira's mother always told her she was special :) What you are going to use it for: Kira will become one of my main OCs alongside Twilight and a future one. =D Which also means I will use her a lot :3
