ɪɴsᴛʀᴜᴄᴛɪᴏɴs Press the space bar or left and right arrow keys. ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴇɴᴛᴀʀʏ Please excuse the lousy quality, Scratch murdered it. 1. A gift for my friend's birthday. This is my first cat OC design. She's made of glass. 2. I reused the lineart and started playing around with some other designs. Here's my second design. I'll hopefully get around to doing her in a different pose some time. 3. I've been meaning to try some digital landscapes for a while and I like rocks, so I settled doing a lake in the Great Canadian Shield. It's a great place to go canoeing, I highly recommend it. Just remember your bear bell. This is my rough beginning sketch. The finished piece will be lineless. 4. Basic colours with watercolour brush. 5. I started working on the rocks. This is as far as I've gotten, but hopefully I'll get time to finish eventually. Maybe in July.... 6. Possible OC design sketch. Not final. 7. Inuksuk design I thought of while starting at a wall for two hours at work. 8. I drew this pansy for Mothers' Day because my mom loves pansies. I'm pretty happy with how it came out. My dad actually thought it was a photo, so that's pretty impressive for art that only took about four hours. Although my dad has bad eyesight as he got hit in the eye with a metal ruler as a child, so perhaps I'm overestimating my realism skills. He also has bifocals.... 9. I'm considering entering @ExperienceSea's Draw History contest, so I sketched myself in the clothes someone might wear in 18th century Scotland. No face, sorry. 10. This is my cat, Mr. Pearl, for those of you who don't know. (His name is a bit of a long story.) This picture is of him enjoying the sun a couple weeks ago because it's finally starting to warm up here in Canada. It snowed a few weeks ago and it hailed yesterday and today, but now it's warming up again and there are flowers everywhere, so it actually feels like spring finally. I had my window open as I was putting this together and I was enjoying the breeze. Ah, warmth. 11. Oh, and Happy Easter, seeing as how this is all about spring. -ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ- I've been pretty busy, which is why there isn't much art. I have a ton of tests and a boat load of projects for school, plus exams are in a few weeks, so I'm SUPER busy. I may not be on much. I'm sorry for the lack of projects and activity. I know this project isn't much, but it will have to do for now. Hopefully I'll have some time to make a proper project or two this summer. No promises, though. ᴄʀᴇᴅɪᴛs Art is 100% by me.
