After first, second, and third period of school, Carlos headed for the cafeteria. When he arrived, he sat down and started eating the lunch he packed. "Hey, Carlos!" Someone shouted. Carlos looked around wondering who his caller was. He spotted the caller of his name. It was Yovanne. He walked over to her and her friends' table and sat down. "Hey, Yovanne." Carlos said. "Hi, Carlos." She said. "Welcome to the 'Girl Zone'." Her and her friends giggled. "Heh, thanks." He said. "How were your first few hours?" "Pretty good. Easy really." Yovanne said. "Ya know, calculus, writing, reading, history. You know, that kind of stuff. Yours?" "Hard. I had to catch up on a ton of missed school work. But it was nice that I made a new friend today at least." Carlos explained. "Cool." Yovanne said as the bell rang signaling the end of lunch. "Oh, and uh." Yovanne said. She quickly kissed his cheek and left. Carlos blushed a bit and drank a sip of blood out of his water bottle. He packed up and left the cafeteria for his fourth hour class....
