Made with Fire Alpaca How to get the glowey effect (In Fire Alpaca but I believe it works with SAI too) 1. Get your line art and color it. 2. Make a new layer and set the settings to multiply 3. In pink or purple, shade your drawing. When you are done, lower the opacity 4. Go to "Gaussian Blur" and change it until you get a nice glowey look.
