help Kai escape the nightmare zone while while king nightmare throws blocks to stop Kai. *UPDATE* - Split game into levels: Starts off as small blocks, then after it gets fast enough, they turn into full sized walls! - Added extra life tokens to collect while playing! - Fixed out of bounds mouse cheat! (I reset high scores to be fair)
