Scratch ruined the quality. I used IbisPaint X (I found it to be way better than Medibang Paint - it's my new favorite app for drawing!) and Photoshop Express (it's free) THIS IS NOT MY OFFICIAL 100 FOLLOWERS PROJECT, THE OFFICIAL WILL PROBABLY COME OUT MID-LATE JUNE.
Yes, this is a filler project. EXPLANATION OF SLIGHT INACTIVITY BELOW: So basically my chromebook broke (rip chromebook) and then now I have to either use my phone or my dads computer, which I found out can't load most projects properly, so now I won't post as much until I get another computer...
