First player is white and pink second player is white and red. Left and Right arrow keys to move (if you are the second player use a and d). Up arrow key to fire a projectile (if you are the second player use w). You can only shoot one at a time. Watch out for the evolved viruses that have some yellow and travel nearly thrice as fast. The viruses go twice as fast in this version so be on guard.
