The rectangle in the corner with colored shapes on it is your shape pad. Click on this to view the shapes you have unlocked. To unlock a shape finish a level that has the shape in it. Fourteen levels, let me know if I should make more. You go back one level if you die. Also added level zero and level negative one, if you can die on level one. Last level is not possible but I am working on it.
