Yes. I now have an icon :) its HIELO!! YAY!! I drew this in scratch. So, yes, the cat blinks. She is not based on any character I have. The song fits because this cat looks sad and the song is about how nobody misses the person singing. It's called Missing by Evanecsence. Hope you like it! (BTW this didnt take long, so that explains the sloppiness!)
