Hover over the game select fruit for a second or two and it will select The smaller the fruit, the more it's worth. Use the up and down keys to change the video quality (depending how far you are from the camera and how much you are moving). You can use your hand or even your whole body if you connect to a TV. Use "M" to switch controls.
