NO CHEATING!! Yes's: 1. You may draw on paper and take a picture of your art if you would rather do that then use Scratch 2. You may use the template found inside the project Suggestions: 1. Try and be original, to set your creation apart from the other entries Warnings: 1. If you use any other program than Scratch, you will immediately be disqualified 2. If you copy entries, you will be disqualified 3. If you sabotage creations or are bullying participants, you will be disqualified
