Art - Me The best designed/looking character gets to be featured in Episode Three; Part One and Two of Scratchberg's Heroes with Smoky. The story is Smoky and ( Winner's Character ) are random people summoned by Tera, Tera thinks they a worthless and throws them on the curb. Scratch Cat finds them and gives them bionic chips to save their lives. Tera activates the Nullify app on their chip so they will take commands from her.
