OUTDATED since the online Flash player has an awful soundfont. Try it in Scratch 1.4.
Just a little experiment inspired by a little trick used on old videogame MIDI music. ;) This project mixes 4 different MIDI instruments, plus a delay effect, to make one sound. NOTE: This was intended to be used with offline Scratch MIDI sounds, so it won't sound the same with the online player soundbank. Twang and Distortion/Overdrive knobs don't affect anything online, but offline they do. COOL TONES TO TRY: (feel free to post yours in a comment!) -BASS: Tune, anywhere between -24 and -12. Twang, below 35 or so. No distortion or delay. 0.1 or 0.2 note time. I play Another One Bites the Dust like this with -23 tune, use the ETY keys :) -80'S GUITAR SOLO: Tune, anything between 12 and 24. Distortion somewhere high, twang too. Around 50 Delay Mix, 150-ish Delay Time and 1 or 2 Delay Repeat. 0.1 note time. PLAY FAST :D -REVERBY CLEAN: Twang at around 60. No distortion. Delay Mix, 50-ish. Delay time, around 200. Delay Repeat, 2. 1 to 2 secs. Note time. Play slow, trippy arpeggios with this. -FAST BASS (by MarioLuigi2009): D/O = 0, D = 0, T = 100, DT = 0, DM = 100, DR = 5, TUNE = -18, NT = 0.1
