I KNOW THEY AREN'T DOGS. THIS IS A JOKE. SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESH. Okay, this will be the last of my pointless animations. Again, I was lazy with the animation and drawings. I'm sure everyone has been wondering about this. If Lucario and Chip are dogs, how are they still alive when they've been eating chocolate? I know they're cartoons but still... So I made a joke about it. NO I DO NOT HATE LUCARIO HE'S ONE OF THE FEW SINNOH POKEMON I LIKE. Chip on the other hand... Meh. I don't really hate him but I don't like him either.
