There is a glitch where the balls stick together, I am trying to fix it. Feel free to use this in your projects, just be sure to give credit! The program uses vector math to determine the velocities, and then switches the x velocities (relative to the collision) of the 2 balls If the physics seem off, let me know in the comments section.
