UPDATE 1.0 This is a new OS that I will be working on called OTIS. Someday I hope that I could be coding real OS's. This Is just a simple 1.0. Expect WAY more than this. Although the lack of apps, the anim part took atleast 20 minutes. In the next version I'm for certain I'll add more apps and maybe get a different BG for the desktop.
