The flag is all-knowing and all-powerful. This little animation shows two girls holding a contest to see who can say goodbye to the other better in ASL. Neither of them really know ASL, so the blue one wins because of her "two"/"too" substitute. No, it doesn't make sense. I t n e v e r m a d e s e n s e . Oh, and I didn't really try to make the art look good, so it looks sort of odd.
I really did not know what to name this. It was inspired by Nichijou, a manga by Keiichi Arawi. This makes no sense whatsoever.
