These are the signals at the intersection of Charles Street and Cambridgeside Place @ First Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts. (link to intersection included in Notes and Credits section) The signals in this animation are automatic, so pressing keys on the keyboard won't make them change. Each time the signals sequences, each side gets 15 seconds to move through the intersection.
The approach with three signals is a bit unusual. When they change, they will change to arrows that are flashing yellow. Because those signals were installed in 2014, they violate the 2009 and later MUTCD (Manual for Uniform Traffic Control Devices), which states that new turn signals must be all arrow signals. Also, the poles look different.
