Only the people in the editors list can draw/erase/reset. Check the stage before trying to draw. Click a pixel to change its color. Full screen for gridded mode. Put "I wanna draw NOW" in the comments to become an editor.
I made a cloud canvas a while ago but it wasn't that good.
