Thanks To @ReshiramNJ I was able to make this lovely dragon that I am super proud of the coloring and animating. I'll add in a desciption for her if you want Reshiram. So This took forever... A few hours or minutes any day I was free. NOTE: Watch the background as well as the foreground, I added a little animation on both, That background one is only done once per flag, So don't miss it!
