Click the green flag. The script skip counts by any number 1 - 100. Answer a question to choose the number in which to skip count. Then press the right arrow. The cat will walk across the 100's chart and circle numbers as it skip counts by the number you selected. The variable on the screen show the number of times a circle is stamped on the screen. This is the teacher copy. It is set to solve a problem such as: " The cat is skip counting by 3. It stops counting when it reaches 48. How many groups of three with the cat count?" Students can select any number in which to skip count.. They debug or complete a script which will answer the question shown above. Then they attach this script to the "when right arrow click" block.
