I've been really getting into exercising and getting into shape recently, and this is a project that I made to help myself (and others) balance exercise with rest! As with a regular stoplight, red means stop, and green means go (do your exercise), and yellow means get ready to go (get your equipment ready, if you have any)!
So, as you exercise, be watching this stoplight, and it will tell you when to rest and when to exercise. (Just so you guys know, the light is red for 20 seconds, yellow for 5 seconds, and green for 30 seconds). The goal of the game is to get to 15 sets. (Each time you go through the lights, it will count as a set). This may seem like a lot, but it actually will only take a little under 14 minutes! And, for some extra motivation for you, there is a surprise waiting for you if you win the game!!!
