A charge effect. The effect is simple enough to use. I guess. (not really) X & Y is where you want effect to go to. Distance is max distance from point of where you want effect to go. Time is how many times you want to repeat. Delay is how long until clones should be summoned again. CloneTimes is how many clones every repeat cycle. Other stuff self explanatory. Please give credit, not just "CTA" because then how do you know who actually made it?
