Ever wonder how the Scratch Cat is made before he appears in your 'new project' tab? Welcome to the Scratch Cat Factory! The Scratch Cat goes through quite a process before he can be recognized as our mascot. Here are the steps, as seen in the project: 1. Loading pixels, 2. Converting to vector, 3. Shaping into a cat shape, 4. Outlining the different parts of the cat in black, and 5. Coloring the cat with his signature orange/yellow colors.
Thanks to the creators of Scratch for creating our lovely mascot, and to the sound library for the music at the end. All animation and art other than the cat is by me. Please do not accuse me of copying another project. I am aware that there are many other Scratchers who have made Scratch Cat Factory projects. I just thought that it was a cool idea and decided to make one. Do not accuse other Scratchers of copying, either. Scratch is about having fun as a community, not hating on each other. Thank you.
