Ok so i changed his eye style a bit... it kinda looks like sans eye but it would work on both eyes. And i gave him enderman teleportation because his colors look purpley like an enderman. OK BACKSTORY! Jeffery lived in the end and was spawned differently in cat form so he was sent to earth. He explored the earth and found a gem. He touched it and it gave him wings and the gem on his chest. (quick summary)
