Long time no see everybody. Sorry to say this but I have quit scratch. I'm not dead, I'm not ill, I'm just tired. Tired of scratch. Why? All o the artists who get butt-hurt about it and such. I used to be like this too, but I hate to say it, you're posting on a creative commons website. So everybody on scratch can legally take a project as long as they change something about it. That is why I quit, so my newer work wouldn't get stolen.(legally) I really only recommend scratch for people who want to code, because that's its original purpose. I love some of the artists on here, they really have talent and I wouldn't be surprised if they quit for the same reason. There are some people who don't regard an artists wishes, sure it's rude but there isn't much you can do about it. They aren't breaking the law and you aren't above the law either. there are the pointless remixes, there are a couple types of this. 1)The recolors Recolors are pointless, said person is literally taking a project and then just changing the colors. Most commonly pastel or eye bleeding colors. 2)I don't know what to call these honestly.. The users who go to a popular scratchers account and remix a project without changing anything, this is usually done with a game and often put the credits as None. 3)Reposters The users who don't remix projects, but repost them. They usually claim this as theirs. These are also reasons as to why I left. If you read things this far I appreciate it and I have some requests. 1)If any of you map makers are listening, may I ask if one of yall can take over my joke map? 2)Don't harass any artists or users who remix art. Thank you for understanding. I will be on scratch until someone takes over my map. I'm active on my DA,feralpigeon. (also on insta and tumblr with same name)
Please do not remix this, there is no point in it honestly.
