Press space to spin the inner wheel, Use A to type in the outer circumference, d to change the inner circumference, and S to remove the inner circle. Due to a glitch: for the best results, put in the values for your inner and outer circumference, stop the program, hold down the space bar, and start the program (while still holding down space).
